Shipping and returns


Orders are prepared once payment is confirmed within the following schedule:

  • Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Orders placed outside these hours will be prepared the next business day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
  • We serve domestic shipments only. If you wish to confirm shipment to your location, please contact us at
  • Once the order has been placed, we will send you an e-mail with the order confirmation.

Our goal is your total satisfaction as a customer.

To proceed with the return of an item purchased in our online store, follow these steps:

  1. Request the return by e-mail to within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product, indicating the reason for the return.
  2. Items must be returned:
  • In original condition, with all related accessories, unused, unwashed and undamaged.
  • With original labels.
  • In its complete original packaging.
  • Attach the invoice or a copy of the invoice if returning part of the order.

Important note: Until we receive the item in our warehouse, it is your responsibility. We recommend that you send the item by registered mail and keep the proof of shipment.

Return Costs

Shipping costs must be covered by the customer. In the event that the item shipped is defective, Maittaa will assume the full cost of shipping for exchange and/or return.


Once the refund is approved, you will receive the refund in the same way you made the payment.

Repayment Term

When we verify that the items are in perfect condition and with the tags, you will receive a confirmation email indicating the amount that will be credited to your account.

In cases of special promotions where free shipping costs are offered, the customer must also cover the return shipping costs. No freight collect returns will be accepted.
